Michael E. Peter
Always with a love for cinema and storytelling, Michael guided his
education and life towards being a filmmaker. He is the man behind Stray
Dog Productions as well as someone who will always stand behind his fellow
filmmakers. After completing numerous short films during his youth and
studying screenwriting at the University of Southern California, Michael
wrote, directed and produced the short film, William Montgomery and the
Meaning of Life. Fueled by the passions and lessons of his first
independent production Michael is currently orchestrating his first
feature length film, Chronicles of a Love Unfound.
Erik Sandoval
As a both a filmmaker and an individual, Erik exemplifies the same
philosophies and commitment to excellence behind every Stray Dog
Production. A dedicated and original writer, director, and producer,
Erik has studied at the University of Southern California, with
BA-History and BFA-Screenwriting degrees. Most recently, Erik has filmed
the shorts Under the Rug (currently making the festival circuit), and
East, an Arabic-language film shot entirely in the blasting heat of
Kuwait. His other directorial credits include Voices (of God and Love)
(Winner - Best Short Film, 2002 Santa Barbara Archdiocese Film
Festival), Rex Radison is The Man About Town, and The Ballad of Dylan &
Corina. For more information on Erik's film Under the Rug, check

John Stephen Tyler Land
Always with a camera at his side, John’s filmmaking started with the
power of the image. An accomplished cinematographer and still
photographer, John recently finished a terrifying short film, that only
he could write and direct, El Cucuy. An independent filmmaker and spirit
in every sense, who’s never afraid to risk his neck for that perfect
shot, you can learn more about John on
his Myspace profile.
Lorden Ellison
Ever the graceful and impassioned filmmaker, Lorden's pervading heart
and philosophies are coupled with a cunning aptitude for the business of
things. Starting as a producer on William Montgomery and the Meaning of
Life, Under the Rug and Strangers, Lorden was soon launched into his own
path of writing and directing, filmmaking and theatre. His first
published essay on The Cinema as Art and Entertainment can be viewed at
Zapbang. His latest project is the stage production The Dumb
Waiter by Harold Pinter opening April 2006. Check out Lorden's website.
Asher Goldstein
A California native, a gifted filmmaker, and a passionate storyteller,
Asher journeyed out east for his film education at New York University.
His work as an actor before that has surely assisted in his remarkable
ability to guide actors towards achieving unforgettable performances.
Evidence of this can be seen in his thesis film, Strangers. A
beautifully crafted look into one suburban family’s darkest secrets,
this short film is off to the festival circuits while Asher
scribes his feature length version of Strangers.
Jaime Siordia
Hailing from the streets of Compton, Jaime is no stranger to low budget
filmmaking. Hauling two actors, five crew members, a camera and a
shoestring to Rosarito, Mexico, Jaime shot his first feature film, Last
Chance, in less than a week. A lover of independent cinema and the
adrenaline charge of a working film set, Jaime is consistently moving
forward in both his artistry and profession.
